Rising 45 stories above the financial district, it features a unique faceted glass facade that not only provides a striking visual identity but also optimizes natural light and thermal efficiency.

Our team managed both the architectural design and the complete construction lifecycle. The project presented unique challenges due to the dense urban environment, requiring innovative logistics and top-down construction methodologies.

Today, it is a landmark destination, housing premium office spaces, luxury retail, and a spectacular observation deck.
